Alissa White-Gluz
Alissa White-Gluz was the former leader of metalcore band The Agonist, and the now the band's lead vocalist for Swedish popular melodic death band Arch Enemy. Alissa white-gluz was born July 31, 1985. She is an Canadian musician, most known as the vocalist for the Swedish melodic metal band Arch Enemy. Alissa also served as a founder and lead singer of the Canadian metalcore group The Agonist. The style of her voice is a mix of singing and growling (singing). Although primarily associated with Metalcore and melodic death metal She has also performed as a guest vocalist for powerful metal, symphonic rock and deathcore, including Kamelot, Delain, Carnifex and Powerwolf in addition to performing live in concert with Nightwish and Tarja Turunen. White-Gluz (2004-2014). The year was 2004 and White-Gluz along with her fellow band members Danny Marino, Chris Kells together formed the band the band The Agonist The Agonist in Montreal, Quebec. White-Gluz recorded three albums while she was the singer-lead for the Agonist. She left in spring 2014 when she accepted an offer to join the band as vocalist Arch Enemy.
